Post consultation, MaryClaire will create a custom plan of action to set you up for success. This may include: -How to arrange your current furniture and decor to best present the space; recommendations for new furniture/decor pieces (if needed). -Optimal lighting suggestions to craft a warm, inviting ambiance. -How to best highlight the architectural design of your house. -An itemized and thorough list of what to address prior to putting your house on the market (i.e., decluttering spaces, closet organization best practices, tips & tricks for navigating permanent features, repainting rooms for neutrality and color scheme, what and where to make sensible investments to generate more revenue, etc.) The ultimate goal is to create an inviting space that helps buyers picture themselves at home and help you sell your home faster. While Home Staging doesn’t just speed up the selling process, there are also statistics that showcase how this service can positively impact the final sale price. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) reports that staged homes have the ability to sell for 5-10% more than non-staged, and that, on average, sellers receive a return on investment (ROI) of 8-10 times the cost of staging.
